- How are you accessing mail e.1000. Mail app or Outlook?
- Is the issue with a particular format of attachments?
I propose you to try attaching a different format of file and check if yous are able to attach file and send mail service. Likewise install all pending Windows updates and check. If the effect yet persists follow the steps below.

The document was a scan and then was saved in my "Pictures" folder. I copied the document to "Documents" and was so able to attach to my electronic mail. Many, many cheers!

For united states of america to farther isolate the event, please provide the following information:
- Are you using the Windows 10 Postal service app or Outlook app?
- What is the verbal fault message you are receiving?
- What is the file size and the file extension of your attachment?
- Since when did you experience this issue?
- Accept you fabricated any changes to your figurer prior to this issue?

If your using OWA become to settings, right hand corner.
Choose options.
Now on the left hand side in the screen you'll run into attachement options and under information technology you'll run across;
attachement preferences, click it and change the settings to adjust your personal use.
If you attach a copty from your computer, DON'T attach it equally a onedrive link. Let it ask or attach equally a copy.
After this you should be fine if the file doesn't exceed te maximum upload size.
